Cash Land Buyer USA: Who We Are

Cash Land Buyer USA is a family owned and operated company which provides solutions to land owners who cannot, or don’t want to, hold onto their land forever, or sell one of the “traditional” ways. Below is a little more information about us – our immediate family, and our work family.

Claude Boiron

Claude Boiron decided in 2020 that there were not enough choices for land owners in the United States, who wanted to sell their land quickly and easily.

Raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Claude’s whole life has revolved around real estate.

From running a successful real estate brokerage team, to authoring several books on real estate, to teaching Real Estate Investing at the University of Toronto, and advising one of the largest real estate wholesaling/investing companies in Canada, Claude has spent several decades refining how to help people with their properties.

Claude is married to Anja, who is a French school teacher.

His daughter, Belle, is 15 years old, and despite wanting to be a “pop star” in her younger years, she has recently turned her attention to researching business degrees for when she pursues her post secondary education in a couple of years.

Maxim is 2.5 years old, and still figuring out how to separate the three languages he’s surrounded by daily (Serbian and French at home, and English at daycare).

Coco, a German Shorthaired Pointer, is a rescue from Greece, and provides the kids with endless hours of fun and entertainment.

It’s popular these days to talk about one’s “why” in business.

Here are our why’s:

  • We believe that we can serve many, many land owners who have land they want to sell quickly and easily, to save them time and money, and reduce the stress which often comes from having something unresolved that lingers (like a piece of land which just costs money to own); and
  • Our immediate family and work family – we want to offer them the best lives possible by running a business which is fulfilling, rewarding, and flexible from a location and work hours perspective.

Farai Togarepi | Acquisitions Manager

Since graduating as an Electrical Engineer, I have been doing what I love for over a decade now in Sales and Real Estate. I have assisted over 100 people over the last fiscal year, with projects ranging from minor land subdivisions, urban infill projects, affordable housing, residential properties, and rural and urban land developments among others. Real estate transactions can be complicated, but I take pride in finding creative solutions for your headaches.

When I’m not working you will find me either helping those in need or in church, or during weekends watching sports F1, chess, MMA, boxing, and soccer in that order. By the time you finish reading this, I will have been married to my crush for 10 years – hopefully she says yes!

Nicky Tanco | Acquisitions Manager

A guy of many hobbies, like video games, sports, and playing and collecting Magic the Gathering cards. I was born and raised in the countryside, so I love being in nature, camping in the mountains or sitting by the fire on a beach.

My idea of a relaxing Sunday afternoon would be sitting on a balcony, sipping coffee while listening to rock or country music on my headphones with a great view of nature.

Brenda French | Acquisitions Manager

For over 30 years, Brenda was the principle of The French Group, a management consulting firm that specialized in strategic planning, change management, and team building.

Brenda has had over 50 articles published and presented at over 100 conferences. As a trainer and executive coach, Brenda worked closely with her clients to improve their shareholder value and profitability during a period of rapid change.

Charlie Steele | Dispositions Coordinator

I’m passionate about all things Real Estate, from planning and design to renovations and rentals. My knowledge of legal systems, contracts, zoning, and urban planning has proven vital to my work at Cash Land Buyer USA.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing and performing music, watching and playing sports, cycling, and playing retro video games.

Malakai Bless | Dispositions Manager

Raised in Houston, TX, Malakai started his real estate career after spending six years in tech and consulting, building fintech operations for Fortune 1000 companies. His very first real estate transaction was a lease option after playing professional basketball in Germany. This started the learning process of creative buying/financing of businesses and real estate. 87 creative transactions and deal structuring later for operators around the U.S. the gap for dispositions was identified.

Priyansh Thakar | Software Coordinator

I’m a software developer and educator with a strong background in building impactful applications across various sectors, including mental health support and real estate data management. Currently, as a Software Coordinator at Cash Land Buyer USA, I focus on delivering efficient digital solutions to support our real estate operations and enhance data management processes.

Outside of work, I’m a fan of A Song of Ice and Fire and enjoy diving into its intricate theories and storyline. In my spare time, I like to stay active, explore new tech trends, and keep up with my hobbies, which include reading, watching good movies, and gaming.
